Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Last updated: [20.10.2025]
This policy applies to any goods, products or deliverables (including reports, data-packages, UAV equipment rentals or services) provided by AirOne Robotics (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to the client (“Client”). It defines the terms under which returns, exchanges or refunds will be considered. Unless otherwise agreed in writing in the service contract, this policy shall govern.
If you receive goods (e.g., drone equipment, sensors, or other hardware) and they are faulty, damaged or materially not as described, you may request a return or exchange within [X]-days from receipt.
For services or deliverables (e.g., surveying data, inspection reports), a refund or re-service shall only be considered if there is a demonstrable service deficiency or failure to deliver as agreed in the contract.
To initiate a return or exchange, the Client must notify us in writing at [insert contact details] providing:
Project or order reference, date of receipt, description of the goods/service.
Photographic/electronic evidence of the damage, defect or non-conformity (for goods) or explanation of deficiency (for services).
Goods for return or exchange must be in original condition, unused/unmodified, with tags/packaging intact (if applicable) unless the fault arose from initial delivery.
Return/exchange requests for goods must be initiated within [e.g., 7/14/30] calendar days of the delivery date.
For service deliverables, any claim for refund, remediation or re-performance must be raised within [e.g., 7/14] calendar days from the date of final deliverable submission.
After the stated period, we reserve the right to decline any return, exchange or refund request.
Once your request is accepted, we will arrange for:
Exchange: Replacement of faulty/damaged goods with equivalent item subject to availability.
Return & Refund: If exchange is not possible or practical, we will process a refund (see section 5) or offer credit toward future services/goods.
For goods, you may be required to ship back the item at your cost unless otherwise agreed. We advise packaging the item securely.
We may inspect the returned item to verify the fault or non-conformity before approving an exchange or refund.
AirOne Robotics reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The current version will be posted on our website and will apply to engagements entered into after the effective revision date. Previous contracts remain governed by the version in force at time of contract.
Goods altered, misused, damaged after delivery or not returned in original condition may be rejected for return/exchange or may incur deduction in refund amount.
Customised services/goods (e.g., bespoke drone builds, customised deliverables) where the scope was defined by the Client may not be eligible for return or full refund, except for faults or non-deliverable reasons explicitly covered in contract.
Claims for service deficiencies must relate to the agreed deliverables; general dissatisfaction or change of mind without contractual non-compliance may not qualify for refund or free remediation.
Service deliverables already accepted by Client (in contract or by sign-off) may be excluded from refund unless prior issues were disclosed and accepted.
If the Client cancels a service engagement after mobilisation or field work has commenced, we reserve the right to invoice for work done and costs incurred up to the cancellation date. Refunds may be reduced accordingly.
If we must cancel or modify the service through no fault of the Client (e.g., due to unforeseen regulatory/field conditions), we will work with you to reschedule or refund as appropriate per the contract.
Any dispute related to return/exchange/refund shall be raised promptly via our contact-point. We will review the claim, undertake inspection (where goods) or audit deliverables (where services) and communicate our decision within a reasonable period (typically within [e.g., 14 days]).
If you are dissatisfied with the decision, you may escalate to [insert detail — e.g., grievance officer, arbitration mechanism] as per our Terms of Service.
